Server FPS Config

I have a box for my team and different people have access to it. I want to somehow do a script that will allow me to make some servers 1000 FPS when i make them. I am running GameCP for my box and they dont have a custom FPS on their server set-up. Is there anyway to do this and where would i upload this script at?

if your kernel is capable of running a server at 1000 fps, all servers on that kernel will be able to run at 1000 fps. you can only try to add a limit to the command line of the servers that should not run with 1000 fps. e.g. add to the command line:
