Help.. SRCDS css server

hey i just installed srcds on my other pc for my mate, ive port fowarded everything but iit seems to get stuck on this.

command line: srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +map surf_Greatriver_fix -maxplayers 10 +exec server.cfg -tickrate 100 -secure
can somene please help me, and yes this comp has a static ip..

Specify where srcds is installed. Usually C:\
server.cfg executes automatically and vac secure aswell.

Try this line:
c:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +map surf_Greatriver_fix -maxplayers 10 -autoupdate -tickrate 100
