I was SHOCKED to see this...

I've got 3 cs:s servers mysteriously hanging when loaded . . .
Is there a reason my game servers broke today?(2-1-10)
I have tested this on a fresh cs:s server that I bootstrapped today, same problem. there is one error message i keep being given:

I am not sure if it's related or not. Am I the only one with this problem?

Hi all !

We have cron reboot for each of our 5 servers. After the morning reboot everythings is bad !
Every server was check with HLSUpdateTools but nothing better.

Since the update of the night ... 5/5 serveurs Down ! (GG, DM, ZombieMod, FFA and WAR)

Same problem here... Following the update, my HL2DM server now crashes with:

appdatacache.cpp (311) : Assertion Failed: !"Implement me"

Installed a fresh vanilla srcds on a separate box, have the same problem.

Specs:

Linux box, Fedora Core 10
Athlon XP X2 3000+ w/ 2GB RAM

I wouldn't even consider this an actual "update".
Sure, they fixed some things, but I wish they would actually update it. You know, more maps, guns, etc...
But then I woke up, eh? ^^

Fans don't want more maps or guns. When ever Valve changes things with CS, people get mad. CS isn't getting any real changes because people don't want them.

Just needs a few tweaks, and fixes here and there...

I would like them to fix for example the bunny hops (makes me mad when people are doing it). Also alot of hitbox error's (sometimes it isn't the servers fault)

Bunny hopping is a whole aspect of the game, and people will rage if its removed... As for hit box errors... Why don't you play Mw2 if you don't like CS:S' hit boxes... Then tell me how you like them Toungue
