Wont Start the server

I have a problem

My CSS server wont start

i have all doned what in this tutorial says

and my server is not in internet

i have on my windows firewall all port open


and in ruther all ports ar open

and the mini adnim plug wont work

can you me help (best solution is to upload the srcds folder and upload on rapidsahre.com,or megaupload.com to i can downlaod and place in HDD C and start to work)

There is a reason you are required to post that, no matter the issue.

You have to post your server configurations such that we are better enabled to help you. Anyway, how are you determining whether the server is online or not? Are you trying to give your friends you external or internal IP?

What's happening with me is that when I put up the start up command line, srcds.exe won't start up in other words nothing happens.

this is why I would be helpful to post the CMD line and ALL other server information so we can check for problems.
