Hello,
I am developing a server plugin and I am looking for a generous soul to lend me a windows server for about a week so I can test my plugin. Once the plugin is finished, I will release the source code and the plugin for everyone to use. The plugin is going to be a Server Monitor plugin, which will graph Server FPS, CPU consumption, # of players, etc.
Anyways, all I have is linux servers and I would be really grateful to anyone willing to help out.

What type of server? CS:S?
Second, if I was to lend you this server, I want full access to the sourcecode. (Just so I can make sure nothing fish is going on)

What kind of access you need? A system access, or just rcon access?

I do not need full access to the windows server, but I would need FTP access to upload the plugin .dll files and I would need the ability to stop/start the CS:S server. For now I am coding it for CS:S, but I think its portable to other games.
