TF2 Dedicated server only shows on master list from Heartbeat

Hello all, I am currently hosting a 20 slot TF2 Server on a dedicated P4 with a 4mbps upload box.

Anyways, people can connect to the server fine when I give them connect ip:port.

But as I browse the master list of servers I can only see mine about 5-60 seconds after I do rcon heartbeat in console.... I have the IP DMZ'd on the box, anyway I can fix this? I have heartbeat in my server.cfg as well as sv_lan 0

If anyone wants to test my server heres the ip 209.162.53.48 port 27015

don't have heartbeat in your server.cfg. it should send it automatic.

It was the same when I didn't have heartbeat in my server.cfg
