There's some problems with people on the same IP. They can connect and play but on map changes they get booted, they get a message saying "Please wait 1 minute before trying to reconnect" and that's it, there is nothing in the logs, and they can't connect again for quite awhile sometimes, they also noted that the server ping shows at 2000 when this happens, like some weird type of time out. Anyone else seen this before? It's happened in more than one household too.

maybe you have some plugin running that tries to prevent people from quickly rejoining until they are in the team they wish? so I would suspect team balancers, team enforcers or hlstatsx... or something similar.

The thing is nothing was changed or added for plugins for well over a month and this problem just started.

Yes, it's that what's banning players ip's for 1 minute. Also had the issue for a little bit on my servers.

There was an bug in that version of kac. It is now fixed but the autoupdate feature in that plugin is broken so the update is forced to be manual this time
