I think i know what you are talking about, i have been working on such service, but it ain't done yet. Web Site got some bugs

They have the right to suspend your account anytime they want. You cant be sure for free hosts.

Most free sv_download sites don't last long because of lack of use or support.
Some hosting companies also offer a small http area for hosting sv_download.

I am not sure how often he visits this forum, but he monitors his own very often. He has been busy setting up his website (or websites?), so might take a few days before he gets back to you.
Actually he got a few volunteers now to help him on account management and support. You might want to become a member of his forum and post your request/questions there, so instead of just him, his staffs can read it as well, and might get back to you sooner. It used be an order page for getting the trial/paid account, but his frontpage doesn't seem to be working at the moment. I recommend Jessay to you because he is a trusted provider in the HLX:CE community. In case you are interested, you can take a look of his thread in the HLX:CE forum (link).
