People cant connect to my server

Hello.

I've been trying for days to fix my server but people still cant connect.
I have forwarded ports. I think its the srcds, because some random people can join when i create server on css menu (when starting Css). They cant join my deticated server but (some, not all, not my friends) they can join my "Listenserver". Please help! just tell me if you need pictures of my port forwarding.

BASIC INFO
Server OS: Windows Vista 2008 64-bit
Processor: Intel® Core™2 Quad processor and the clock speed (in GHz). Also note if it is hyperthreaded (P4s).
Ram: 4Gb
Game(s): Counter-Strike Source/Srcds
Start Up Command: "D:\Game Servers\Server\srcds.exe" -console -game cstrike +map de_dust2 -maxplayers 11 -sv_unlag 1 -tickrate 33
Admin Mods: I use Mani, SourceMod and MetaMod.

INSTALLING INFO
hldsupdatetool -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir D:\srcds (i think :S)

Are they connecting using your external IP?

They are just som random guys from internet that join. Probably 192.168.1.111, thats my static ip idk if its external :S

192.168.1.111 is your lan ip ! Goto http://www.whatismyip.com and give the ip it tells you to your friends, that should work unless you haven't portforward your router.

Edit: Doesnt even work for me. Also didnt work for my friends.

The problem is kinda wierd because people can join my Listenserver but not srcds.

You connect via your LAN IP, they connect with your external. Have them open the console in-game and type:

connect <yourexternalip>:27015

Whats my External IP ? Is my external ip 192.168.1.111 ? If YES its not working.
