Just because your NIC says your getting 100mbps, doesn't mean that's your bandwidth. I was requesting he check http://www.speedtest.net to learn his actual Bandwidth.

Speedtest.net never really depicts a good test only because in order for you to be a speed test server you only need a 100mbps upload :/ But never mind that...

Go ahead and run speedtest and tell us your upload.
