Gmod Port Forwarding Issue

I have A Linksys EZXS55W router and iam pretty much lost is there a tutorial because i have googled it and haven't found my specific router on most of the websites with guides. iam thankful for any help.

Open ports 27000-27040 UDP/TCP to your server computer. Make sure to set a static or reserved IP on that.
