Help server laggin

Hi all i have a several issues whit my servers well my servers was working good and just for nothing my server star getting lag spikes like every 10 to 15 sec.

My server specs is:
Windows server 2003 x64
8gb ram
HD 500gb
Bandwidth 2000gb
Uplink Port Speed 100mbps

if you see in the bar you can see all the lag spikes help me please was warking good i have whit this server like 2 months whit no issues.

What new plugins have you installed? Any that connect to a MySQL database or that do a check of some sort?

well i find the problem was a game srver crashing and crashing

well i find taht problem and the lag attack just down for a bit but i still getting lag spikes no like before but stil. I dont have any plugin to connect to mysql

thank you all guys the lag is gone was another program crashing, but i need help on this

sorry unstable Fps my English is not very good, well i wont To optimize my dedicated server whit windows 2003 and get stable FPS what is the correct configuration for run Gameserver very smoothly ??
