l4d2 crashes, tf2 works just fine

Anyway, the instant I start l4d2 with any startup line, it instantly segfaults

Just ./srcds_run -game left4dead 2 will crash it

i'm planning on doing a few forks, but I can't even start a single server

Ive done a verify_all update after removing install.blob

i got it to work by re-downloading without the -dir parameter... but now its crashing the whole server.

does anyone have trouble with 64 bit ubuntu?

maybe re-loading to 32 bit would work better
