Quick help on setting up my TF2 server

Hi, I need some help on setting up rates and max FPS on my TF2 server.

Specs: Dual Xeon X5570 ES 2.93Ghz, SuperMicro MBD-X8DAH+-O, 12GB DDR3 PC10600, 4.4TB Storage Space, XFX 8600GT,Ultra x3 850W Windows 7 64bit

The killer, the internet connection:

I have 3 connections at these speed, One for the CSS server and one that will be for the TF2 server and the last one for all the other computers which this computers wont connect to, only lan.

My current settings are
sv_maxrate 20000
sv_maxupdaterate 101
sv_maxcmdrate 101
fps_max 0

CMD line
D:\Game Server\TF2\orangebox\srcds.exe -game tf -console +ip *removed* -port 27015 -tickrate 100 +max_fps 500 +maxplayers 20 +exec server.cfg -autoupdate +map arena_badlands

Remove minrate, minupdaterate and mincmdrate. They really aren't necessary.

Ok they are removed.

with an upload of 2.4Mbps you should be able to host a 20 slot 100 tick game server with max rate set to 20000 sv_maxrate 20000

Remove these two: +exec server.cfg -autoupdate
+ip should be -ip
