Friendly Reminder about PMs
#1
The other admins and myself have recently been receiving PMs from users asking for personally help. I would like to kindly remind people not to PM the Admins with personal help. It is always better and faster to get help by posting in the forums.

Thanks!

Please do not PM me for server related help

And it should also include PMing non-admins... I don't answer technical details via PM for a long time either :-)

The truth is, we admins like to keep our PM box open for important issues or things that make sence to do via PM. The forums are here to help set up servers. PMs are not Toungue

I get PM'd on the forum, Xfire, Steam, MSN, and even have been playing in my server when someone connects and starts asking questions over in-game voice chat. I try to say just post a thread, but sometimes its a simple fix that takes me no time to answer Toungue
