cstrike srcds auto closes

Processor:Intel Xeon 2.66Ghz w/ 2 Logical and 4 Physical (I think that's the order of log/phys.)

Start Up Command: C:\_Servers\CSS\GG\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike -ip 208.167.249.184 -port 27015 +maxplayers 20 +map gg_aim_shotty -tickrate 100

I have had ZERO problems for the past week. The only change I've made was I created a new user account to run the servers on so I can work on things with ANOTHER account without having all the clutter of the cmd's, please don't direct me to an auto-process thing like firedaemon lol.

The problem is, I start the server, it spams a few msgs quickly, and then it closes.

Now, I caught a print screen of the cmd, it is attached.
I'm guessing reinstalling the server woud work but I really don't want to go through that, I just got all my other servers up (GMod, L4D, L4D2, TF2, KF, no problems there.)

Help?

Check your es_tools version or check to see if you have es_tools installed and make sure that is compatible with your version of gungame5.

I'm not running gungame5, gungame5 is for losers lol, it's all about gg4
es_tools is fine, everything has been working fine, it just started to happen now when I try starting the server on a diff user account.
I have the latest ES_Tools and ES.

edit: hmmm it seems to have been something in my autoexec.cfg, now to narrow it down.

Does it work on the original user account that it was created on? IF so then it seems like a permissions issue, such as the new user doesnt have permission to access the es_tools files.

Yup it was the perms, on ALL the files. Noone could even join the server until I changed the perms on everything.
