Ever since I installed the warmod package onto my server i've been experiencing random jerks and lags. anybody help?

What is your servers hardware specs? It could be possible that the warmod package is maxing out your processor / ram causing issues.
I'm assuming you're playing tf2

okok the server specs are:
Intel Xeon Harpertown 8 core 16GB Kingston FB-DIMM 15k RPM SA-SCSI (LSI RAID)

Hmm... Remove the warmod and see how it plays.. I couldn't see a harpertown having trouble with srcds or its addons
