I have a Siemens Gigaset SE-567 Router, and I have forwarded the Half Life ports.
My Shortcut Target:
C:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod +map RP_Downtown_V2 +maxplayers 16 +192.168.254.1 -port 27015 -autoupdate
and of course sv_lan is set to 0
I can connect to the server easily, but when I type the ip into favorites it says: Server not responding.

That should be -ip 192.168.254.1
Or just remove the IP line.
Also, you will NOT be able to join from the external IP, but others should be able to.

He is just having a problem with adding it to favorites, not connecting to it. I haven't been able to add LAN IP's to my favorites before... however that just might be a steam bug.
