Those two servers are started at the same time but anyway the 'online' time differs greatly

Everything that is not normal i consider a problem

disabled my addons folder and it behaves normaly so i think it might be an plugin

Most likely... Plugins ruin everything.

errr, isn't that the cpu time? meaning simply one of the servers is having a higher cpu load (whatever this means...) thus generating a higher cpu time during the same "wall time".
