Help me to setup rate setting for TF2 Server

My uplink is 800KB/s /\ 7200 kbps . How much must be sv_maxrate , sv_maxupdaterate and others for my connection ? I`ll think ticktare must be 66 do it ?

Can you run a Speedtest (http://www.speedtest.com) and paste the Forum code here for it? That way we can better see your connection.
