Maps won't download error

I know another "Maps won't download thread" omg, lol. I'm sorry I really did try searching for an answer first though.

I have a Counter-Strike Source Server running from home,

1.8GHz AMD Sempron 3200+
756MBs DDR RAM
Windows 2003 Enterprise
24MBps download - 4MBps upload

It's currently running a single 66Tick/500FPS Hosties Mod 32 Slot

I have these mods

MetaMod Source
- Mani Admin 1.2S
Eventscripts
ES_Tools
- Hosties
- Show Damage
- IP to Country

This is my first hosties server, but not my first SRCDS server. I've used sv_downloadurl in the past but I don't have one setup now.

And yes sv_allowdownload is set to 1, same with upload.

The actual error is "Missing map maps/(map name), disconnecting"

Please help.

Add these configs:

sv_allowdownloads 1
sv_allowuploads 1
net_maxfilesize 1000

Leave out the sv_downloadurl command for now and see if that gets it working
