Incorrect price blob version and missing file

I updated the server before 5mins with verify_all parameter and errors are still there. Any ideas?

the "incorrect price blob" message is normal, it's a relic of a feature no longer supported. just ignore it (the message shows on all servers).

also those messages about missing materials might not be an actual problem. if your map loads normally and you don't see any missing materials (= textures most of the time) when joining the server, you can ignore it as well. My server has those messages also on some maps (even stock maps).

So if I put mp_dynamicpricing to 0 in server.cfg there's a chance to get rid of this error Just trying to make error-msg free boot of srcds

Say, is it necessary to use -pingboost 2 option or this doesn't help networking at all?

Try deleting InstallRecord.blob and running the update with -verify_all at the end.
