OS Either Server 2008 or XP havent decided whatever does best i go with
Ram 2 gig 800mhz
Processer Intel core 2 quad (q2800) 2.33 GHz
Game CSS And DOD
Tickrate wanted Either 66 or 33 (mostly 66)
i wana know the amount of slots i can do and how many servers i can run

lol wow, this is like the 4th post about the how many. Anywho, just to be on the safe side, get 4gb ram. But I would say 140-160 66tickrate css slots.

(for one i woulda waited till tommarow to do it but i did it today to be funny) and EVERYONES SAYING 4 gigs ! lol i like how all those parts arnt even bought yet thou
but its called tigerdirect that junks cheaper than newegg but the problem is im not made of money i mean im still working on inventing the money tree (percent bar NEGATIVE ------------ZERO DONE) so but is it bad i go with 2 gig>?

No, 2gb will do, but recommended is 4gb. Also you can have badass hardware, but you need the connection to back it up as well.

No it isnt. Windows 7 improved the massive ram usage from vista.

When I first built my current machine, Windows 7 uses 1.2GB RAM.
However its usage is dependent on your total installed... I would never run Windows 7 / Vista on anything with 1GB RAM.
