1000fps on AMD Athlon 3500+ 2.2ghz?

Is it possible to get 1000fps with this system info, if i setup the kernel correctly?

CPU AMD Athlon 3500+
CPU-Details 2.2 GHz
RAM 1 GB
Hard Drives 2 x 120 GB Software-RAID
100Mbit port
Operating System CentOS 5

If it is How many servers or slots do you think i can get out of it? (Just a Ballpark guess)

If not what do you think i can get out of this system? ( I am aware that it is a horrible system)

Anythings possible. . . and to answer your question, yes. Ballpark answer, is perhaps 12-16 slots 100 tick, 1000fps CSS slots. . .

it might even be good for one 20~24 slot public server (tick 100, 1000 fps). 1000 fps can virtually always be reached, the question is more if it can keep them if the server gets full...
