searching dedicated host and how many slots

hi , iam sorry if this isn't the right place but didn't know were to put it else, iam searching a host in europe where i can hire a dedicated server because many people here got experience with hosts i woud like to know few host that host good price and quality servers (the dedicated iam looking have to hold 60 100tick slots and 30 66tick slots or just 120 66tick slots and also host for fast dl
the os have to be linux

Intel Xeon 4 x 2.0Ghz
2GB DDR2 ECC RAM
80GB+ SATA2 Hard Drive
2000GB transfer allowance /month
100 mbit port
going to upgrade it i think to 3GB ddr2
and upgrading the hd to 250gb 7200rpm
does anyone have an idea how many slots this could take
and if its possible how many 66tick and how many 100tick
