how can i do download models, materials to clients???

i set in mani.cfg the option "mani_skins_auto_download 1" but when i load the game doesn't download them. on ly i see, ERROR models to walk around in the game.

i have too sv_consistency to 0. :S

P.D. should i use sv_pure ???
