Server went offline...HELP PLEASE!!!!

I have 2 css server and been running for months.... one day my 38.99.168.192:27015 server went down for no reason... I been researching for 2 days and never found a way...wondering if you guys can help what it cause because.. when i tried screen -r ***-surf it shows this There is no screen to be resumed matching ***-surf. but it suppost to work...help please tell me what to do...

screen -r without any name behind it will show you all detached screens and their status. If they are crashed you will see it. If yes, just restart the server in a new screentab

now my both server down but when i do sudo ./srcds_run -port 27015..... one of my sevrer works that port 27015 only not 27016...but when i log off from ssh my will go down right the way... how can i fix this?...
