FPSmeter: new graphs

Some days ago I have rewritten the code that generates the graphs. The new graphs can be viewed for any measurement, just click on the "[BETA]" link in the "switch view" line over the graph, e.g:

Additionally I have created a new "histogram" view, that allows in my opinion a much better judgment of the server quality. This is also reachable via the "[histogram]" link in the same place.

Both can be combined with different time intervals in long time measurements.

What do you think of the new graphs? Before I make them official I want to allow the community (i.e. you :-D) to give some feedback, maybe things can be improved furthermore...

Btw: UTF8 server names will now be displayed correctly (thanks to css for the bug report).

Nice work but the green for the playercount is hurting my eyes. I am not able to see a line there Sad

I changed it to a slightly darker green. Better? Or not enough?

The scala at the right side yes. But the playergraph has not changed.

Another thing: is it possible to show the tickrate and the maxplayers settings too?

A way to trick your graph is setting the tickrate to 33 or 66. Now the Server has less load and can hold the "1000" fps much easier.

With hlds it would be nice to see which pingboost they are using.

possible yes, but maybe it would inflict another rcon command. I will have to look into it. it yould also be easy.

yes I know. but the fps-meter is mainly intended to provide server admins with information about their servers, not for competition between game server companies etc... If you want to fake your 100% perfect server you can also hack the "stats" command with some (not even really) tricky alias...

The displaying of the time is really confusing.
I have created a suggestion for a much more simple way to display the time. It is a little like the old way.

I have also added an item in the lower-box. The red ring is just to highlight the item, and is not meant to be on the real graph. Wink
I have just called it "Measurement time" and because measurements now always are fully stretched, it is meant to be a quick way to see how long time the measurement lasted.

I have to see how I can convice jpgraph of doing this :-) In general you are right, it would be better this way.
