Strange problem with L4D2 server

that's from root, but from special user is the same (all rights right). Any ideas?

for some reason this game doesnt play nice with selinux, i've yet to find out the exact setting in selinux which causes this but i do know disabling it fixes it

/usr/sbin/setenforce 0
