SRCDS with WINE giving me ASLA error

Hey,
i've bin googling around to try to fix this with no luck, just wondering if anyone here knew anything about it?

P.S. im running ubuntu 8.10
and yes i have vnc open in the background, (using ubuntu-desktop)
and i tryed to re-install wine but it give me this error when i try to install anything
(i dunno if this is relevent, if it's not, just dont mind it)

Hi, just a little question : why installing windows SRCDS in Linux ?

Just use SRCDS Linux, it's so easy, and many tutorial are available (some in the site)

because garrys mod doesn't work on linux

Garrysmod doesn't work correctly under WINE all the time... Linux + Wine = Windows ME... You don't want that.
You're going to have to use a Windows OS in order for garrysmod to work correctly.
