i dont understand why this is happening. we downloaded a new installation of the game and still happens. any type of help would be great!

Take off the Knifep3n, I have had issues with this before. The source mod version works perfectly.

You might need that for gungame or knifep3n, I'm not sure.

But install it anyway.

It helps in preventying crashes and some plugins require it. Give it a shot

I like servers with es_tools on & mani

Try switch to SourceMod for a day or so to see if it does anything difference!
