i recently installed mani admin plugin and a new server.cfg, what do i have to change so that the round starts... right now the round says waiting for players and wont start

We don't know the game, or any other mods he has installed. So yes, I am justified to post the readme thing.

It's probably TF2...
1) Don't use Mani with TF2.
2) Post your server.cfg
