right, this old AMD will probably not run the game server very nice in any case. but it should be able to run it in principle... maybe it's some plugin that requires a more recent cpu? try disabling all... or better try a complete new installation of the server without any modifications (even in config)... unless you want to give up and buy a new server ^^

I have tried the complete new installation many times, haven't helped. (without plugins) ;(
