That means somebody is most likely cheating and replaced their smoke grenade textures with transparent textures resulting in their ability to see through smoke grenades.

Most likely because sv_pure is set to 1 on the server.

I have always had this error no matter how many times I set up a CSS server for myself or a LAN. I've completely removed client side and server side, and redownloaded both. AND, sv_pure is 0.

This seems to be a common problem...

Fixed my own problem, and had to do it for several independant dedicated servers...

Run hldsupdatetool with the -verify_all option for CSS. For some reason the originally downloaded one is bad but the verify corrects it.

Try deleting that file from the server, and update the server with the variable -verify_all. Also add these lines to your server.cfg:

sv_allowupload 1
net_maxfilesize 999

Try that and see if it works!
