I Really Need Help

I open a port on my Windows Firewall portforward on my router i do everything right that say's on portforward.com youtube.com and evin google i go to cmyip.com copy it go to Find Servers > Favorites > Add A Server put in my IP and :27015 and it say server not responding please help me !!!!!!!
i am so pissed off rite now all of my firends have servers and im so left out please help me ...

Let the firewall allow the SRCDS.exe application, single ports aren't required.
Also, I can't read ANY of what you typed, please post a SCREENSHOT of your portforwarding.
Also, other can connect via your external IP, you will have to use the internal IP.

I already did that

Crazy Virus, take out the -ip command out of your startup line on SRCDS, and then startup the server. YOU CANNOT ADD YOUR EXTERNAL IP WHEN TRYING TO CONNECT!!! You will need to use your internal IP, and have your friends connect with the external.

Actually i cant connect with my internal (lan ip) i have to use my external ;P I dont really care about it so it doesnt have to be like you guys say, it doesnt even show up on "Lan" tab in steam=P
