Strange, Servers don't show on list for some games (please read!)

Okay i've had this problem for aagess now. Running windows firewall, NOD32 antivirus. Have a NETGEAR RangeMax Wireless Router WPN824v2. (Ports 27015 and 27020 always open, as portforward said....) Honestly i'm no server noob, Been working with them for nearly 10 years. Just always had this problem and I hope it can be solved as the steampowered forums treat me like a noob.

As my tests so far, I can run a CS server and a DMC server fine and it shows up on the list. But if i try to run a TFC or a Garry's Mod Server, They don't show up on the list? I'm running all these servers seperately, installed from scratch, all port 27015 in server.cfg.

Can someone help? Thanks.

You got multiple ip's? Else you can't run all the gameservers on port 27015

I don't run them all at the same time though. I only have one server open at a time. I'm talking about the particular games that aren't showing up on the list for some reason. I will prove it somehow if someone adds my MSN and gives me live support i can open a server up one at a time, give them the IP of the server and they will see that it shows up on their favourites but not on the server list and I will also show that some games only show up on the list.

Do you mean it wont show up on the game server lists? Sometimes it takes a while for it to show up. Try leaving the server up for a couple of hours then check. Just something to try not sure if it will work.

Usually servers show up immediately. What i mean is that the servers won't show up on the Steam server list. When i open a garry's mod srcds server, it doesn't show. Yet when I open a DMC hlds server, it shows. Yet when I open a TFC hlds server, it doesn't show. Yet when I open a CS hlds server, it shows. It's so strange i know, But i'll give proof if anyone has MSN and wants to add me to have live support and i'll open the server one by one, and then give them the IP and port to add to their favourites and they'll see for themselves that only some games show up on the server list and all show in their favourites. Sometimes a server wont show up for a day or so if its the first time the IP / Port combination has ever been associated with a gameserver...

Give it time.

Well I opened my DMC server, it showed, then i turned it off and turned on my CS server and it showed again, i kept doing it a few times in a cycle and each server kept working (I have also tried on other ports too)

I don't know what to tell you bud, I see this problem all the time, but it never happens to me.
