[Resolved] SRCDS.exe launches and disappears

When I try to launch SRCDS.exe shortcut, a 'Start Dedicated Server' appears, when I click 'Start Server', the loading screen appears and suddenly disappears, nothing happens..

I use these settings in the SRCDS.exe 'Target':
srcds.exe +ip 87.247.93.15 -game cstrike +maxplayers 20 +map de_dust2 -insecure -heapsize 524288

I don't use any mods, or plugins.
Can somebody help me ?
P.S. i tried searching, but found nothing like this..

Are you behind a router?

When specifying the ip, you should always specify the port as well. Also try loading in console mode by adding -console in the startup line.

When I added port and console :
srcds.exe -console +ip 87.247.93.15 -port 27017 -game cstrike +maxplayers 20 +map de_dust2 -insecure -heapsize 524288

same thing happens, console appears and quickly disappears.. :|
Edit: When I tried again, the console appeared, but, I can't connect to the server

Oops, sorry I missed that. Ok, so your not behind a router, but are you behind a modem? Is this server hosted at your house?

Not behind the router and not behind the modem and yes it is

Ok, so how is it a server if it's not connected to the internet at all? Or are you looking for a lan server? And to fix the issue, you should remove the ip and port command.
