Capacity of dedicated server.

How many 500fps 100tick CS:S slots could the following dedicated server run if bandwidth wasn't a concern, and I understand that bandwidth would be a concern, Just don't worry about it. I'm just asking specifically about the hardware.

2x Quad Core Xeon E5520 Nehalems @ 2.26GHz.
