Downloading files ... still downloading ... !

Hi all !

I just followed SRCDS's tutorial for a linux installation, but the problem is that 7 hours after having launched the steam update, it's still downloading files !

It already seems to be very big, and so I would like to know if it's normal ... ?

For information, my internet access broadband is more than 5 Mb/s.

hello all (too)

im in the same situation at the moment, and would like to know how big will "Counter-Strike Source" be...

last command used:
./steam -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir . -username killer123 -password moomoo -remember_password

i see that it downloads textures, audio files and even hl2 files, does a counter-strike DEDICATED SERVER need those ?

mine is now ready and its like ~800MB, and seems to work...
