Srcds keeps crashing

Server OS: Windows 7 Professional(64 bit)
Processor: AMD Phenom 9650 Quad-core
Ram: 4gb
Game(s): Team fortress 2
Start Up Command: srcds.exe -console -game tf +map ctf_2fort +maxplayers 16 , I am using the anti-crash bat file from srcds.com to start it up.
Admin Mods: Metamod, SM admin and sourcemod

So, I installed my Tf2 server months ago, and got it working perfect with everything. And now, I wanted to test it again, it havent been used in a couple of months, so I updated it successfully and tried to start it, but I get this error about particles/errors.pcf, and then it just shuts down. I have googled around for solutions and found plenty, but none worked for me. So I am asking here if you guys have anything to help me with. Please ask if there is anything more you want to know to help me fix this.

Update the game AND all your mods and try again.
Also post a screen shot of the crash.

I have already updated the game as I said but sure I can do it again, and the addons.

Looks like you've forgot to use the +map parameter.(I see it is there, but when it stops there means that it haven't loaded the map.

Add to your start line:

Code:

+map cp_well

Or try to type into the console: map cp_well

Lolololol, thank you so much, Mooga. I reinstalled Sourcemod and metamod, and apparently Valve released an update which broke Sourcemod, so thank you! Now it's working again.<3

No problem. You need to remember to keep all the mods up-to-date. They are they number 1 reason behind crashes.
