Adding own commands

im running a dedicated server for me and a few friends from college, is there any way i can add a music folder to my source dedicated server\hlmp folder and have commands such as sv_playsong_(songname) so that the song plays from the server and not like a mic?
Anything aslong as it works, like admins mods etc.
do you already use an admin mod? if not i would use mani it is more unprotected that sm but for what your asking i would use that
well i did not see that get posted the jukebox i posted one min after him so that would be helpfull more than this is that allows downloads
