QuakeSounds and Betting

Many servers have QuakeSounds and a mod that allow you to bet at the end of the round like "bet ct all" or "bet t all". I have Source- and Metamod on my server and Eventscripts and Bullettime aswell. I want QuakeSounds and the betting mod on my servers, but where do i get this?

Do the Quake Mod say like "Realchamp is rampage" or something like that?

It appears really insulting and absurd, to be honest. Especially knowing there are far better ways to generate money, I wouldn't want to pursue that type of income.
