I am getting the error "Couldn't allocate any server IP port"

Without the ip tag it wasnt setting the ip correctly even when I set it in the server config, when I used the ip command it would be right, but when I used status the ip there would be wrong. I dont have it behind any firewalls, and I have double checked all my settings to the best of my ability, any help would be greatly apprecated.

Your ip will show up as your lan ip because your server is running behind a router. So there is no way to set your external ip in status. Take out the -ip command and it will be fixed

Ok, I took out the -ip, it loads but its not going live still... I have no firewalls enabled for testing purposes, and have port forwarded the ports, 27015, 27020, and 27030-27039 (each one individualy), udp or tcp respectably where needed, I have also tryed enabled DMZ on the host machine with no luck as well... Im not sure where to go from here, does anyone have any ideas?

Either Specify your lan ip by finding it out using ipconfig and it is listed there, or port forward ports 27000-27060 tcp and udp

My router doesnt support adding in by ranges, and I have my lan ip specified in the router to where it need to be forwarded, I dont have 60 slots to forward either, I only have 20

-ip then your lan ip
-ip 10.0.0.1
or something like that, if that doesn't work, are people connecting through friends list or by typing connect <external ip>. Can you telnet/ssh into your router?

Are you running the game/another server at the same time?

No, I even checked that by adding another internal ip to my computer and trying switching the forwarding back and forth, still nothing.

Are they going by add address? Or add address>view servers> click >add
