How to setup launch options with Game-PanelX

Hey,

So if I wanted to use Game-PanelX I was told that I had to run linux, so I went and install linux on my dedi, I've downloaded apache, php and mysql, that went fine. I also downloaded srcds and it looks fine aswell, however. I am having problems with setting launch options...

Anyone who could help?

I remember dealing with setups like this years ago and it was honestly more stress than fun, especially when you just want things to work without digging into configs.
