just a guess.. try to start ur srcds with the ip parameter and ur extern ip/intern ip.. just test both
and ur sure its sv_lan 0?

or is it still a problem that ur ports arnt forwarded?

Since it seems that all of hope has gave p on me I am going to post a complete explanation about my problem please try to help!

**I am running off vista, I currently have ran the server currently but having a few public problems. I have forwarded my ports correctly I hope, I have disabled ALL firewalls and anti virus programs. I can connect but other people cant, I have checked the port and it is closed, but I dont know why I have done it right. I NEED help and I need it fast, I would like to get my site and server up and running. I can go on team viewer if you would like to help me PLEASE! Also to let you know I have not made a static IP and I have tried to have a friend connect and it still isnt working...
