HELP SERVER PROBLEMS !!!

This is what I do/Get...and it doesnt go on my steam favs list...

But I still need help,plz...even if it isnt SRCDS>..

So what's the problem ? Everything seems to be ok.

it just keeps doing that.over and over again..that exact same thing... :S kinda like Random Restarts then Crashes,etc,etc
