Server Crash Exploit?

Well I have a Garry's Mod server but I cannot use it anymore.I rent it from a gameserver provider.The problem is that some sort of hacker or exploiter crashes it.I dont know what exploit he is using all I know is the following.

I banned his SteamID but the thing is as he tries to join the server he is able to crash it even if hes banned.He basically crashes the server on join.
"Shit has joined the game" appears and then connection problems appear,meaning server crash.I cannot get him to stop crashing my server so I was wondering if anyone here can help me with this or atleast tell me what kind of exploit he might be using.Now when I restart server the gamemode is broken and fucked up.

Make your provider update it. And what plugins are you using?

Ban his ip then.

He is using an exploit that allows him to do commands before he even joins the server causing it to crash. This should fix it

I was facing the same problem however it was solved after loading and running Miauw Mizx's Anti-Exploits eventscripts addon (here goes the link: http://addons.eventscripts.com/addons/view/mizx_exploits).
