Also: Are you hosting and playing on the same computer?
Can you explain your network setup? (Locate all your modem, router, switches, and computers)

Please do not PM me for server related help

no i am using two comps

computer 1>switchbox>linksys wireless box>quest internet box>internet
computer 2>switchbox

my first computer is a compaq running windows server 2008 x86and nothing else (the srcds server)
specs:
cpu: intel celeron 2.4 ghz single core
ram:631mb
graphics:intel i think
hdd: 80 gb (says failing but its not)western digital

and my other computer is custom built (the garrysmod 11 client computer)
motherboard: evga 790i ultra sli
cpu: intel core 2 duo 2.4 ghz dual core OC at 2.864 ghz
ram: 2 gigs ddr3
graphics: two geforce 8600 gt in sli
hdd: 500gb maxtor

i had the server running befor on these same specs but it stopped working for me and my friend who has the rest of the computers but the servers ran fine untel garrysmod had the sep 1 09 update.

i just dont see what the problem is how an update that fixes bugs screws up the whole balance.
