I added some [code] blocks, otherwise it looks like shit tbh.

Make your mani_server.cfg load from maplist.txt.

Change these:
Code:
// Define the file to use for random map vote
// 0 = mapcycle.txt, 1 = votemaplist.txt, 2 = maplist.txt
mani_vote_mapcycle_mode_for_random_map_vote 1

// Define the file that admin can select from for admin
// started vote.
// 0 = mapcycle.txt, 1 = votemaplist.txt, 2 = maplist.txt
mani_vote_mapcycle_mode_for_admin_map_vote 1

To:
Code:
// Define the file to use for random map vote
// 0 = mapcycle.txt, 1 = votemaplist.txt, 2 = maplist.txt
mani_vote_mapcycle_mode_for_random_map_vote 2

// Define the file that admin can select from for admin
// started vote.
// 0 = mapcycle.txt, 1 = votemaplist.txt, 2 = maplist.txt
mani_vote_mapcycle_mode_for_admin_map_vote 2
