Server Fails to load Zombie Mod

I have sourcemod installed correctly and Meta Mod. Same with Zombie Mod but When ever it comes up on my console it shows:

The one thats says failed is zombie mod I think. TRUST ME I INSTALLED IT CORRECTLY.

Make sure the actually version is working.

Is there any older versions of zombie mod?

Since the latest CSS update zombiemod wouldn't load in Metamod, update to the latest 2.0.1 E version, found here:

it works but crashes my server hourly

Same thing its happen to me, i have all newest versions of metamod(already done the vdf), zombiemod(allready checked if the files are in correct paths), and CS:S(allready updated to v59).
But allways get Failed
